ExpressLRS is a trademark of ExpressLRS LLC¶

The ExpressLRS name, and other branding are protected by trademark law and are not covered under the GPLv3 software license. These marks identify the official ExpressLRS project and are reserved for use by ExpressLRS LLC.

Their trademark policy allows for the use of the "ExpressLRS" name in product names and descriptions, provided that:

• No Implication of Official Affiliation: Use of the ExpressLRS name or logo in a way that suggests official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the ExpressLRS project is prohibited without prior written permission.
• Descriptive Use: Descriptive or nominative use such as indicating compatibility, reviewing the software, or referring to the project - is permitted only so long as it does not create confusion about official affiliation.
